The Maruti Suzuki Baleno is set to receive its second facelift soon, and the manufacturer has already released a few teasers revealing some important cues of the hatch like the new LED headlights, a head-up display as well as the new SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system with Surround Sense powered by Arkamys.
Now, Maruti Suzuki has released a new video on the ‘Nexa Experience’ YouTube channel confirming yet another feature of the 2022 Baleno. We were the first publication to report that the Baleno facelift will be offered with a 360-degree camera around a week ago. The same has now been officially announced by the carmaker.

The Baleno will become the first car in the premium hatchback segment to be offered with this feature. So far, the Maruti Suzuki hatchback has lagged behind its more modern competitors as far as equipment is concerned. However, the addition of new features like a 360-degree camera, LED headlights, heads-up display, and a larger infotainment system will definitely make the Baleno facelift a much more lucrative offering.
As per information available to us, the new free-standing touchscreen infotainment system measures 9 inches in size, and will likely be offered with Suzuki Connect connected-car technology and wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay connectivity. The system is also expected to be integrated with Alexa voice commands. Do note that Maruti Suzuki is yet to disclose the 2022 Baleno’s exact feature list.
