A detonator, cordtex wire were found near Burail jail in Chandigarh on April 23. A bomb disposal squad of NSG has reached the spot to defuse the explosive device. Police had discovered the bag near the boundary wall of the jail. After the device was found on Saturday night, the area was immediately cordoned off.
