Coimbatore: The city will get a third international connection from March 31 as SriLankan Airlines is planning to resume operation between Coimbatore and Colombo after the service was cancelled due to the pandemic two years ago.
The flight will be operated on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. It will depart Colombo airport at 13.30pm and reach Coimbatore at 14.35pm. It will leave the airport at 15.35pm and reach Colombo at 16.45pm.
The Coimbatore international airport offers two international connections now – Sharjah and Singapore.TNN
