Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the Rongali Bihu event organised at Sarbananda Sonowal’s residence. Rongali Bihu is celebrated for seven days which starts on April 14, the beginning of the Assamese new year. PM Modi played Dholak and other musical instruments there.
