Entertainer, drama queen, controversies favourite child Rakhi Sawant has once again landed into a trouble and this time it’s legal. Rakhi recently stirred controversy by wearing ‘tribal outfit’ which many said was mocked by the actor. Now, an FIR has been lodged against Rakhi in Ranchi for allegedly making fun of the tribal dress. Rakhi also uploaded a video of her in tribal outfit on Instagram which went viral in no time. And now, taking cognisance of the video, the president of Central Sarna Committee of Jharkhand, Ajay Tirkey, filed the complaint against Rakhi Sawant for hurting the feelings of tribal community. In his complaint, Tirkey stated that a viral video of Rakhi Sawant she could be heard saying, ‘Guys, are you looking at my new look..Today, it’s a tribal look…’ According to the complaint, Rakhi was wearing a ‘semi-nude’ outfit and talking about the tribal dress and this ‘demeans’ the tribal women and insulted the community. Ajay Tirki also said that until Rakhi Sawant tenders an apology, the protest against her will continue and if required they also launch a violent protest. The complaint stated that action should be taken against Rakhi under suitable sections of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
