Gurgaon: Chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday held a meeting over the construction of Shri Sheetla Mata Devi Medical College and Hospital in the city. Khattar said the medical college and hospital would be built on a unique model wherein people would get low-cost super specialty hospital facilities. The healthcare facility is being constructed on 30 acres of land in Sector 102. “All modern medical facilities will be made available. The facilities in the hospital will be launched in a phased manner and OPD facilities will be started from September 2023,” he said. Sudhir Rajpal, GMDA CEO, said the hospital will have 650 beds. Besides these, there will also be 30 emergency beds, 40 ICU beds and 50 beds in the trauma centre. TNN
