Hubballi: Raitha Bharat Party will contest all 224 constituencies in the 2023 assembly elections under Uttara Karnataka Farmers’ Association banner. Association president Basavaraj Karigar told reporters that they will bring all farmers under one roof.
“We will provide them a platform to become politically strong by becoming MLAs,” he said. Outlining the party’s plans for farmers, he added, “If we come to power, we will work for the cause of farmers and agriculture by joining all rivers in India, improving irrigation systems, providing farmers three-phase power from 6am to 9pm, waiving farm loans.”
