Stubble-burning events have been reduced after vigorous efforts by Haryana Government, said Dr Karam Chand, Deputy Director of Agriculture Department of Kaithal district. “Stubble-burning events have been reduced. We’re providing the machinery demanded by farmers to curb the events of stubble burning,” said Dr Chand.
