Coimbatore: The Railway Board has approved reintroduction of Uday Express trains that run six days a week, except for Wednesday, between Coimbatore Junction and Bengaluru. The trains will be reintroduced on March 31.
Train 22666 will leave Coimbatore junction at 5.45am and reach Bengaluru at 12.40pm. It will halt at Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Kuppam and Krishnarajapuram. Train 22665 will leave Bengaluru at 2.15pm and reach Coimbatore Junction at 9pm. It will have air-conditioned double-decker chair car, second class chair car, luggage-cum-brake van and power car.
