4th phase of voting in Uttar Pradesh recorded a voter turnout of 57.45% in 59 constituencies on February 23. These figures may go up when the final voting report is prepared by the Election Commission. With Lucknow in focus, BJP candidates and other prominent members came out to vote in the state capital.
